Ultrasound Appointments

All ultrasound examinations require a referral from your doctor with a completed requisition.

To book all ultrasound examinations you or your physician may call 604-941-7611, press 1 

If you are having Ultrasound of the Breast your doctor must fax the requisition to 604-942-4612.

Please have your BC Care Card ready. Bring your BC Care Card and your completed requisition with you at the time of the examination.

If you are bringing children to the appointment with you, please ensure you bring an accompanying adult to look after them during the medically necessary portion of the procedure. We must ensure our technologists are free of distraction during the exam.
