To Request Reports from MedRay

To request reports for examinations performed on patients at MedRay Imaging please call our report line at 604-941-7611, and press 2. Your report will be faxed to you.

Accessing Images & Reports (Velox Portal)

MedRay uses Velox, our secure RIS/PACS system, to provide access to patient images and reports.

Once an examination is complete, images can be viewed through the Velox portal, with reports typically available within one business day.

Complete the form and fax it to 604-942-4612 to request access.

You will receive a secure web link with setup instructions once your request is processed.

Please allow up to five business days for access to be activated.
